• My teacher learned German in Munich as a kid and doesn't know how German is spoken outside Bavaria, ie standard Hochdeutch. Yes, [z] exists! [11:45 PM]
• This class is really reminding me why just being fluent in a language does *not* necessarily make you qualified to *teach* it. Sigh. [11:46 PM]
