I'm watching my calories each day, as I've mentioned. But even on days when I'm under my "limit," it can sometimes be a hollow victory:

If you're worried about getting all of your vitamins and minerals, you can get a multivitamin. Flinstones, of course, are a good choice. ;)
It's so tasty, too! Actually, I really do like the taste of Flintstones. :P
